We wish you years of cooking enjoyment. Your Performance Cookware product is tested and inspected to ensure years of cooking performance. It is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for one (1) year after warranty registration.

Performance Cookware promises to refund or replace the original purchaser’s defective product, at our discretion, during this warranty period.

All products are subject to a *1 Year Limited Warranty.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, commercial use or normal wear and tear. Scratches, stains, discoloration, damage from overheating, or damage from use of automatic dishwasher are not covered by this warranty. Incidental or consequential damages are not covered by this warranty.
