Chicken Caprese
This chicken Caprese recipe combines my favourite Caprese salad ingredients with boneless chicken breasts for a quick-to-make dinner perfect for weeknights. Thin-cut boneless chicken breasts are seared on the stove then topped with pesto, sliced sweet tomato, and fresh mozzarella cheese then go into the oven to finish cooking and melt into a creamy wonder. Finished with fresh basil and a drizzle of balsamic glaze, dinner simply doesn’t get much easier than this.
White Bean Gnocchi
This recipe basically makes itself, leaving you time to pull together an easy side. Since there’s lots of sauce that deserves to be soaked up, we love serving the chicken over rice, orzo, or mashed potatoes, or with a side of crusty bread. A simple leafy greens salad or steamed green beans are also nice additions to round out the meal. The only tools you'll need for the job are The Pan, measuring cups/spoons, and something to stir with that won't scratch the nonstick layer of the pan.
Greek Chicken and Orzo Skillet with Tomatoes, Feta, and Tzatziki
Keeping things colourful and easy today with this One Skillet Greek Chicken and Orzo with Tomatoes, Feta, and Tzatziki. Greek-inspired oregano chicken cooked together with bell peppers and orzo pasta to create a deliciously, healthy skillet-style summer dinner. The chicken is finished with garlic tomatoes, feta cheese, and creamy tzatziki sauce. It’s simple but mouthwatering and made in no time.
Sesame Coated Pork with Apricot Sauce
This is a weeknight dinner for the books. Use sesame seeds as an upgrade to breadcrumbs for crunch and a nutty flavour. The umami-rich apricot sauce and gingery spinach add a delicious fusion twist to your plate. Round things out with fluffy rice. Or, for a lighter take, serve the pork with sliced cucumbers spritzed with rice vinegar and a drizzle of sesame oil.
Lemon Garlic Chicken
This recipe basically makes itself, leaving you time to pull together an easy side. Since there’s lots of sauce that deserves to be soaked up, we love serving the chicken over rice, orzo, or mashed potatoes, or with a side of crusty bread. Creamy Garlic Paprika Shrimp Skillet
Creamy Garlic-Paprika Shrimp Skillet comes together in just 30 minutes for a simple, flavorful weeknight dinner. Featuring pan-seared shrimp, spinach, and red peppers in a creamy garlic sauce with parsley and lemon. Serve over rice or orzo, or enjoy with crusty bread for dipping.

Avantdpartir's Pastaholic Recipe
Today we present to you a delicious recipe created by Jessica, known as @avantdpartir on Instagram. Jessica is a great chef who we’ve collaborated with, and we have to say the recipe they had made in The Pan did not disappoint! Once we saw their post with The Pan, we knew we had to try this ourselves. In the post they referred to themselves as a “pastaholic”, and this is a term we now love to use! This is a term we at Perco can definitely identify with, so we certainly had to call this recipe exactly that, “Avantdpartir’s Pastaholic Recipe”. Now, we’re sharing this dish for all of you “pastaholics” to enjoy!

One Pan Chili Faux Mac
This Chili Faux Mac is a healthier alternative to a Chili Mac recipe. Typically, this recipe would include both chili and macaroni noodles, as you would assume by the name. In the case of this healthy and delicious recipe, instead of macaroni we have diced vegetables, and in replacement of the chili, we substitute it with ground beef, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Now you'll understand where the “Faux” comes from!
